The Hawthorns is an old pub in the pedestrianised part of Northload street in Glastonbury. Food is served every evening and during the day from Thursday to Sunday also. It offers a great atmosphere, a varied menu and weekly specials.

There is plenty of seating in the Hawthorns and you can have your meal in the bar, the restaurant or the back room. During warmer days you can also eat and relax in the courtyard to the rear of the pub.

Curry Club is every Thursday at Hawthorns and each week features the flavours of a different region within the sub-continent. Simon the landlord is an award winning curry chef and the Thursday buffet is very popular. Best to call ahead and book your table just to make sure there will be a space for you.

There is a well appointed bar at the Hawthorns and an extensive wine selection as well as some very popular local cider. Whatever your tipple, it is likely you’ll find it at Hawthorns.

Glastonbury is a short drive to the west of Applebarn. Head into the town centre and make your way to St. John’s car park. Hawthorns is at the start of the pedestrian area at the entrance to the car park.
